Anxiety Disorders:

Tension, worry, stress, fear, and various other emotions are commonly experienced by many individuals in their daily lives. These emotions can be attributed to the fast-paced and ever-changing lifestyle that we lead. While different situations may trigger these intense feelings, it raises the question of whether someone experiencing these emotions on a daily basis is suffering from an anxiety disorder.

The answer to this question remains uncertain, as the likelihood is somewhat equal. So, what exactly are anxiety disorders? Are these emotions indicative of such a disorder?

Anxiety disorders are classified as mental illnesses characterized by the regular occurrence of intense and chronic stress, fear, and tension. These symptoms often lead to the experience of panic attacks, which ultimately disrupt one's ability to carry out daily activities and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
